Trust in the PH insurance market has no shared foundation.
Consumers can't tell who's licensed
The IC maintains a public roster of every licensed agent. Until now there was no plain way to search it without filing a formal inquiry.
“Verified” badges elsewhere are self-claimed
Most directories let professionals post their own credentials. No independent cross-check against a regulator — and no audit trail when a license lapses.
No source-backed public record
ffide is built directly on the IC roster — every entry traces back to the regulator's own published document, with date, row number, and PDF link.
How it works
Verified in three steps.
Sourced from the IC
We ingest the public Insurance Commission roster weekly — every name, license number, status, active company, and expiry comes directly from the IC.
Cross-checked
Every field is matched against the registry on each import. If a license lapses or is delisted, the badge is removed automatically — no manual override.
IC-Listed
The professional earns the IC-Listed badge. Registry data is locked — never editable by the advisor. You see exactly what the IC says, nothing more.
On the record
What every ffide profile shows.
Locked registry data, sourced directly from the Insurance Commission — never editable by the advisor.
The IC-Listed badge
Appears only with at least one active license on the current roster. Removed automatically on lapse — cannot be purchased or self-applied.
Registry-sourced data
Name, license number, status, every active company, and expiry come from the public IC roster. The advisor cannot edit any of it.
Change history on record
Every license change — created, re-verified, expiry updated, delisted — is permanently logged. Never overwritten, never hidden.
IC is the authority
Every profile cites the source document date and links back to the IC's own published roster. You can verify the verification.

Why it holds
IC-sourced. Independent. Can’t be bought.
ffide’s standing comes from the Insurance Commission, not from the advisor — and that distinction is load-bearing.
IC standing cannot be purchased
The IC-Listed badge is sourced from the regulator's published roster — it doesn't exist in our system until the IC publishes it. No payment or request changes that.
Data is locked to the registry
Advisors can add a photo and bio to a claimed profile, but name, license number, status, company, and expiry are read-only. What you see is what the IC says.
Verified-client reviews (in progress)
Reviews are identity-verified by email OTP — only clients who worked with the advisor can submit. No aggregate stars yet, and no fabricated ones, ever.

Common questions.
Is ffide free to use?
Yes, fully free. We don't charge to search, don't take a cut of anything, and don't sell your search data. ffide is built as a public utility.
How is the IC-Listed badge verified?
We ingest the public Insurance Commission roster each week. Every name, license number, status, and active company comes directly from the IC. If a license lapses or is delisted, the badge is removed automatically — no manual override.
Where does the data come from?
The Insurance Commission of the Philippines' weekly agent roster, parsed and structured. Every profile shows the exact source document date and links back to the regulator.
Can I search by company?
Yes. The search box matches against professional name, IC license number, and any insurance company the professional is actively licensed with.
How do I claim my profile?
Claiming is free. If you're IC-listed, your record is already in the directory. Search for your listing, open it, and hit “Claim your profile — free” — that carries your record into fflo, where you sign up or log in to link it.
Why does ffide exist?
There has been no public, neutral way to verify a Philippine insurance professional before working with them. Most clients rely on a friend's referral. ffide makes the same verifiable information available to everyone.
